This isn’t the best approach. Caring for and educating other people’s children is physically and emotionally taxing. In order to do the job well, providers need to show up refreshed and ready to face the multiple challenges that come their way each day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you find yourself working day in and day out without taking time to recharge your mind, body and soul…burnout will start to set in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
