Don&#8217;t pack up those plastic Easter eggs just yet! Those tiny, colorful, plastic toys pack a big punch when it comes to learning opportunities for kids! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of activities you can do with this economical and abundant resource is down-right ridiculous.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"myheading-2-red\"><strong>Today I&#8217;ll be sharing one of my favorite Easter egg activities that targets creative thinking and classification skills. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mystery Egg<\/strong> is an interactive activity in which kids put one tiny thing inside their egg and with the help of an adult, write 3 clues about the secret item so their peers can try to guess what is inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https://www.pinterest.com/pin/create/button/\" data-pin-do=\"buttonBookmark\">\n<\/a>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"735\" height=\"1102\" src=\"https://theempoweredprovider.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/PIN-mystery-egg.png\" alt=\"plastic eggs in grass\" data=\"\" pin=\"\" description=\"Increase classification and analytical skills with this fun and interactive mystery egg game. She was a true genius in the world of early childhood education. Yes. The excitement that comes from each reveal showcased in this photo? Also, Yes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#57c4c2\" class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Go Time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>As kids return their Mystery Egg filled with a &#8216;mystery item&#8217;, put the eggs in a place that is out of reach but visible. This will help avoid anyone accidentally opening up the eggs and spoiling the surprise.<\/li><li>Select a time for the kids to show and share their Mystery Egg.
